- Inventory contents of home & make a plan.
- Touch everything and don’t be in a hurry!
- Look for valuables and money!
We found a ring in a zipper pocket of a purse!! It appraised for $5,000!!! What if we had donated the clothes without checking pockets, etc.??? We also found money tucked between tax returns that were going to be shredded!
*NOTE: attics, garages and basements often hold valuables.
