The hidden treasure in Smiths Grove

If you have never been to Smiths Grove, you really must go! There are so many antique shops, as well as The Garden Patch on Main in downtown Smiths Grove. This charming shop is located in one of the town’s oldest homes on Main Street. Esli Pelly, flower and garden enthusiast, has been the shopkeeper for 13 years.

The shop originated on the Pelly Dairy Farm in 1999. After a few years, she moved solely to the house in town. With the help of family and friends, she is able to do blooming, living baskets for all seasons. She also carries antiques, locally made food products, Kentucky Proud items, and all things garden.

In season, Esli opens up the backyard for all of your spring planting needs, hot summer flowers, and on into fall with pumpkins, mums, and autumn décor. Don’t forget The Garden Patch during the Christmas season for all of your holiday needs!

The Garden Patch on Main welcomes garden clubs, women’s groups, or any group needing a program for wreath making, or anything flower and garden related.

The Garden Patch’s motto is “I Dig Dirt”! Visit them for a fun day so close to Bowling Green!
