Leather versus fabric

There are so many questions about whether or not leather is better than fabric when purchasing furniture. And the number one answer is YES!

Leather is the most durable product on the market, but don’t let me sell fabric (polyester) short. Polyester has been around since 1941. Your grandparents and parents knew it was so, so durable. It does not crack, peel or shed. DuPont bought the polyester product in 1941 and has improved it even more over the years.

Leather is a hide. It will withstand most anything directed toward it. It’s great for stains, spills and more because you can just wipe it off with no worries of spots or permanent damage. Leather, like polyester, can come in hundreds of different styles and colors.
