Mission

Building Strength, Stability and Self-Reliance through Shelter.

What does Habitat for Humanity do?

Habitat for Humanity builds simple, affordable homes with and for families, couples and individuals in need of housing.

How are homeowners selected?

Families, couples or individuals in need of decent shelter apply to local Habitat affiliates. Applicants must have lived or worked in Warren County for at least one year. See the other requirements at Habitatbg.org

The Homeowner Selection Committee assesses each applicant’s level of need, their willingness to become partners in the program and their ability to repay an affordable mortgage loan.
