Med Center Health and Graves Gilbert Clinic have entered into a new partnership, working collaboratively to provide neurology services to patients through Med Center Health Neurology. Serving Warren, Allen, Butler, Edmonson, and Simpson counties, The Medical Center Home Care Program is available 24/7 for any issues that may arise for patients.

Services offered by The Medical Center Home Care Program for Alzheimer’s disease include the following:

•Social workers can help families understand the needs of their loved one and ensure they have the best resources available.

Med Center Health’s Adult Day Center offers daily care including meals, incontinence and medication administration, as well as physical and therapeutic engagement through music therapy, art sessions and memory stimulation.

For those needing long term, specialty memory care services, Med Center Health offers Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care, which is directly attached to The Medical Center at Scottsville and offers a 110-bed facility where immediate access to acute or emergency care is available 24/7. 

Med Center Health’s Adult Day Center offers a monthly Alzheimer’s support group that meets on the third Thursday of every month at Med Center Health’s Health & Wellness Center, located at 740 East 10th Avenue in Bowling Green. The Alzheimer’s support group offers a safe and confidential environment for guests to share concerns, seek information and resources, exchange coping skills, and receive mutual support. Staff from the Med Center Health Adult Day Center facilitates the group.
