In its 43rd year, Med Center Health 10K Classic will start and end on the picturesque campus of Western Kentucky University. Boasting one of the most beautiful campuses in the nation, with 200 sprawling acres, WKU’s main campus features 53 buildings crowning a commanding hilltop.
More chances to win! The Cash Drawing now offers more ways to win when you complete your event on October 15. The Cash Drawing will be awarded as follows this year: five $1,000 drawings and two $500 Early Bird Drawings. To be eligible for one of the two $500 Early Bird Drawings, you must register by August 31, 2022.
All events start outside Houchens L.T. Smith Stadium.
Late Registration and Bib Pickup will be located in Houchens L.T. Smith Stadium between Gates 5 and 6 the day of the race.

Race Day Schedule
- 7:30 am – 5K Run/Walk
- 8:10 am – 10K Wheelchair Race
- 8:15 am – Med Center Health 10K Classic
- 9:00 am – Check in for Children’s Classic
- 9:30 am – Race Course Closes
- 9:30 am – Children’s Classic (grades 4th-6th)
- 9:45 am – Children’s Classic (grades kindergarten-3rd)
