Spring is here at Crossland

Spring has arrived as the cold temperatures fade. Rain provides for the new growth in south central Kentucky. At Crossland, the congregation is preparing for you. As a community of Refuge and Hope for all people, you’ll find a warm handshake, warm hearts and a nice warm cup of coffee waiting for you on Sunday morning. The anticipation is palpable as preparations are made for Sunday morning each week. Crossland Sunday services are 8 a.m. in Bowling Green and 9:30 and 11 a.m. on all campuses in Bowling Green, Glasgow and Morgantown. For more information check out crossland.tv!

Easter Weekend

Crossland holds its Easter Services each year on Sunday morning during its regular worship times. This year, the

Bowling Green campus will hold a Saturday evening service as well at 5:30 p.m. in the worship space and the Glasgow campus will add an 8 a.m. service Easter morning. Each year, the services at Crossland are marked by engaging worship, videos, dynamic teaching and the community of people who come together to worship and, in turn, to serve one another. Crossland encourages

everyone to find a place to worship this year and to celebrate the miracle of our Savior raising Himself from the dead. Every Crossland campus is ready to receive you. Children’s and student’s Sunday programming is available during the 9:30 and 11 a.m. worship hours. These are environments designed to be age appropriate in worship and teaching and to take students to another level in the knowledge and hope we all have in Christ.

Summer VBX (Not your traditional VBS!)

In March, Crossland is ramping up for the spring and early summer as VBX (Vacation Bible School) is being planned. Children age 3 through 5th grade can participate in this four-night event. This year kids will train at Space Camp as they Xccelerate their faith. Traveling through space to the space station, kids will journey through their faith by learning about Peter and his journey. LIVE music, video, on-stage characters, Flight Crews, experiments, games and snacks await the cadets this year at VBX! Register now for VBX, June 11-14, at crossland.ticketleap.com/vbx2018.

Summer Camp

Why not send your students on an adventure this summer? Each summer, Crossland takes over 350 kids to camp at both Kentucky Lake and in Bagdad, Ky. Students from 3rd to 5th grade enjoy lake sports, water slides and water blobs the week of July 20 at Crossings Camp at Jonathan Creek at Kentucky Lake. The cost is $295. Scholarships are available for all cam

ps based on need. Don’t let the cost keep you from sending your student. All fees include transportation to camp.

Students in middle school head off to Crossing Camp at Cedarmore in Bagdad on June 13. The amazing staff at Camp Cedarmore has created an unparalleled experience for your students with a ropes course, gaga ball courts, the lake with ziplines, blobs and tubes and some awesome worship and teaching times. This is an experience students don’t soon forget! The cost for Crossings at Cedarmore is $330.

High school students don’t want to miss out on Crossings at Jonathan Creek the week of July 5. Though housed at the same camp as elementary students, the camp during this week is only for students in high school. No younger children attend camp during this week. Lazertag, ropes course, tubing on Kentucky Lake, canoeing and lake sports are highlights during this week of camp. Add to this already action packed week, the unbelievable live worship and teaching and you have a week kids may never experience again at another time. Cost for this week of camp is $415.

You can sign up for any camp online at crossland.ticketleap.com/camp2018 by paying a $50 deposit. The Crossland Staff will be in contact with you regarding your camp registration and balance once you’ve registered online.

Summer Vacation

At Crossland, events don’t stop when summer vacation starts. Instead, we turn it up during the summer. Wednesday nights for students grades 6-12 are filled with color wars, water games, street fairs and more. The Wednesday night student experience is called Fortify. Fortify meets most every Wednesday during the summer except camp weeks and doors open at 5:30 p.m. on every campus in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Morgantown and now in Russellville at the Logan Plaza. Be watching for new activities this summer at Fortify on every campus. In Russellville this spring, watch for the Glow Night Dodgeball tournament for students in Russellville and the Logan County region.
