Med Center Health 10K Classic is the race for everyone

submitted by The Medical Center

On October 21, participants will run, walk and wheel across the finish lines of events at the Med Center Health 10K Classic in Bowling Green. Now in its 38th year, the race features a course through the beautiful campus of Western Kentucky University and the historic streets of downtown Bowling Green. The “race for everyone” has a variety of events, including the 1.5K Fun Walk, 5K Run/Walk, 10K Wheelchair Race, the Children’s Classic, and the premiere race of Southcentral Kentucky, the 10K Classic.

Register by September 21 and you will qualify for an Early Bird discount. In addition, you will have a chance to win one of two $500 Early Bird cash drawings! You don’t have to be present to win the drawing, but you do have to be present to share in the additional cash drawings held after the Awards Ceremony the day of the race. All who cross the finish line have a chance to win!

Check the schedule to make sure you don’t miss your event. There have also been course changes, so make sure you visit MedCenterHealth10KClassic.com to check out the new course map. All events will be held, rain or shine. So, lace up your shoes or put on your wheeling gloves to join the fun on Saturday, October 21!
