For car enthusiasts, a great car show is about beautiful vehicles, unique rides, polished chrome, and the stories behind each one. But at the Plum Springs Baptist Church Annual Car Show, it is about so much more. This special event brings together car lovers, families, friends, and members of the community for a fun-filled day while raising money to support the church’s youth ministry.
The event is completely free to attend, making it a great opportunity for families and individuals of all ages to come out, enjoy the cars, listen to music, and enjoy a free meal. All makes and models are welcome, along with tractors and motorcycles. Each year, the show attracts approximately 250-300 entries, creating an incredible display of vehicles and a wonderful atmosphere for everyone who attends.
And if you have ever been to the Plum Springs Baptist Church Car Show, you know there is another reason people keep coming back: the trophies are some of the best around! Participants take pride in their vehicles, and the awards have become a fun and memorable part of the day.

All donations and proceeds from the event go directly toward supporting the church’s youth. Last year, the support from this event helped send 33 young people to camp. For many of these students, camp is more than simply a week away from home. It is an opportunity to step away from the distractions of everyday life, build friendships, hear the Gospel, and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Over the years, the youth ministry has celebrated several commitments to Christ and salvations, as young people have responded to the message of the Gospel and taken important steps in their faith. Those moments are the true measure of what this event accomplishes.
The car show also includes a live auction, weather permitting, offering another fun way for attendees to participate while supporting the youth. Donations are gladly accepted, and every contribution – large or small – helps make a difference. The generosity of car owners, local businesses, families, church members, and community supporters makes it possible for the event to continue investing in young people year after year.
