Get ready for one of the most uplifting events of the summer! The 28th Annual Stand for Children Day returns to the Bowling Green Ballpark on Wednesday, June 17, from 9am to 11am (rain date: June 18).
Made possible through the generous support of American Bank & Trust, Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green, and WellCare of Kentucky, in partnership with Community Education, this free community event welcomes families, childcare centers, and summer camps for a morning centered on celebrating children and connecting families to valuable local resources.
A Warren County tradition since 1997, Stand for Children Day continues to bring together dozens of community organizations to create a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment. Children can enjoy hands-on activities and games, while parents and caregivers explore the services and supports available throughout our region in a safe, accessible setting.
New experiences happen here. For many children, this event is more than just fun; it’s an opportunity to try something for the very first time, discover a new interest, or feel encouraged and included.
Bonus: Each child will receive a free clear drawstring backpack while supplies last.
Whether you’re a parent, educator, or community member, Stand for Children Day is a meaningful way to experience the power of connection and community support in action.
Join us as we stand together… because every child deserves to be supported, celebrated, and seen!
