When I was first introduced to this brand in 2012, it was in Destin, Florida and I thought this chicken salad was the best thing I had ever tasted – specifically, my now favorite, the Jalapeño Holly! At the time, there were only a handful of locations, and now, 13 years later, there are over 300 stores across 21 states! My family and I were beyond excited to help bring this amazing brand and its unique culture to the wonderful city of Bowling Green.
Since bringing this brand to our community, I’ve had the joy of introducing new guests to the same made-from-scratch chicken salad, pimento cheese and fresh sides that I fell in love with 13 years ago. There’s nothing more fulfilling than sharing something you love – and watching others fall in love with it, too!
That’s what brings me true joy: knowing that Chicken Salad Chick continues to be a place where people feel at home and we are quickly becoming America’s favorite place for chicken salad!
