For years, my wife and I had the pleasure of being friends with Ralph and Romanza Johnson. Whether it was at church, picnics at Romanza Johnson Park, or BBQ get-togethers, it was always an enjoyable time.
I now have the privilege of offering their beautiful historic home, built in 1900, and their personal property at auction.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and is 4,967+/- square feet. There is also a barn on the 20 acres. This will be auctioned on Saturday, September 20th at 10:03am.
The personal property includes cherished mementos from their travels, beautiful antiques, and horse show memorabilia. Also included are guns, jewelry, silver, and home décor. There is also a 2022 black Hyundai Tucson SUV with 58,075 miles on it.
There will be an Open House to view these items in person prior to the auction on August 17th from 1pm-4pm. The personal property will sell from August 15th-24th. This will sell online only. Be sure and take this opportunity to have a piece of history, a remembrance of Romanza.
