When you shop locally at Nutrition Center you enter a zone of peace, love and good health. The lighting is full spectrum, like natural sunlight. The lush green plants and succulents not only provide oxygen and clean the air, but they are also something beautiful and natural to enjoy. There’s pleasant music playing to make your visit the best possible experience. In colder weather they offer free hot herbal teas to sample. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist you. They have well-researched reference books for you with traditional proven remedies to guide you in your choice of products. 

Celebrating annual Earth Day at the Nutrition Center with storewide specials

Nutrition Center’s array of organic bulk food, spices and teas is quite diverse. They encourage you to bring your own refillable glass containers to refill bulk items (to cut down on single-use plastics). You’ll find all the latest healthy “trend” items like Shilajit, Celtic salt, Beet powder and capsules, castor oil, Manuka honey and a variety of Keto breads. They also have staples like organic groceries, vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein powders and bars, dōTERRA essential oils, and health and beauty products along with natural cleaning and laundry supplies.

The freezer is filled with organic whole berries like aҫai, blackberry, wild blueberry, cherries, cranberries, and raspberries; also, specialty breads, sausages, etc. The coolers contain a wide variety of pure water in glass bottles, fermented drinks like kombucha and kefir, energy drinks with aҫai and rainforest herbs, banana water, sugar-free sodas, sparkling flavored waters, ginger ale and root beer; goat’s milk products like butter, yogurt and cheddar cheese; fermented foods such as raw sauerkraut and kimchi; and local bee pollen.

The vitamins, minerals and herbs come in capsules, powders, liquids teas and a few gummies. You’ll find locally produced items like goat’s milk soap; Fire cider, elderberry syrups and tea concentrates; wildflower raw local honey; canned tomatoes and salsa; liquid herbal extracts (alcohol free), etc.

They have a nice selection of homeopathic remedies that are safe and effective as well as other hard-to-find items like empty gel caps, copper bracelets, natural stone jewelry and castor oil packs.

Their reverse osmosis oxygenated water is the best drink in town! You can bring your own refillable jugs up to 5-gallon size and fill them for only 79 cents per gallon or you can buy their jugs to refill. Their customers say they don’t want to drink any other water!

The very purpose of their business is to provide healthy food, drinks, supplements and products that do not contain harmful toxins and chemicals. They offer classes from time to time on a variety of health-related subjects. 

About our staff: Nutrition Center was opened by owner Katy Jennings in October 2003 and she has joyfully served this community for over 22 years. Katy is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Bio Energetic Assessor and Applied Kinesiologist. Connie has years of experience in the natural health food store industry and Von has learned under these two ladies to serve you better.
