As winter loosens its grip and spring begins to peek around the corner, Greenville, Kentucky is coming alive with music, flavor, and the kind of small-town charm that makes a visit feel effortless and memorable. March is the perfect time to discover or rediscover Greenville, whether you are planning a quick getaway, a night out, or simply looking for an excuse to try somewhere new.

The Greenville Tourism Commission Welcomes you to Greenville Kentucky.

One of the month’s biggest highlights takes place at the Felix E. Martin Jr. Hall with the much-anticipated The’70s Show on Saturday, March 28 at 7pm. Regional favorites Minihan Productions return to the Martin Hall stage with a lively, two-hour tribute celebrating Disco, Rock & Roll, singer-songwriters, and more from one of music’s most iconic decades. The show invites audiences to remember when music was simply fun and even encourages guests to break out their best ’70s-inspired threads and join the party. Tickets are affordably priced, with adult admission at $15 and student tickets available for $10. Ticket information is available through the Felix E. Martin Jr. Hall website at www.felixmartinhall.org.

The Felix E. Martin Jr. Hall will also host another engaging opportunity this month for those interested in a different kind of creative experience. On Monday, March 16 at 6pm, the West Kentucky Film Commission will host an Info Session focused on the growing film and television industry in Western Kentucky. Open to creatives, local businesses, and anyone curious about how to get involved, the session will explore how the industry is expanding in the region and what opportunities exist locally. The free event will take place at Felix Martin Hall, and it offers a chance to connect, learn, and become part of an emerging creative and economic movement.

March also marks the kickoff of one of Greenville’s most anticipated seasonal experiences, Passport to Flavor. Running from March through April, this dining-focused event encourages locals and visitors alike to explore the city’s diverse and ever-growing food scene. Participants can pick up a Passport to Flavor at participating locations and collect stamps with each qualifying purchase. Once a passport is filled, it can be turned in for a chance to win a prize pack from Greenville Tourism!

Passport to Flavor is more than just a promotion. It is an invitation to slow down, savor each stop, and discover hidden gems along the way. From familiar favorites to restaurants you may not have tried yet, Greenville’s dining options reflect the community itself. They are welcoming, locally driven, and full of personality. The event also makes it easy for visitors to build a weekend around great meals, downtown shopping, and local entertainment.

Beyond scheduled events, Greenville shines in the quieter moments. Its walkable downtown, friendly atmosphere, and mix of shops, restaurants, and public spaces make it easy to explore at your own pace. March’s mild weather is ideal for strolling Main Street, grabbing coffee, and enjoying conversations with locals who are always ready to share recommendations and stories about the town.

While March focuses on the start of spring, there is already excitement building for one of Greenville’s signature fall events. Squash & Gobble, returning on September 19, is a beloved community festival that draws visitors from across the region for a full day of family-friendly fun, vendors, food, and entertainment. Vendor applications, found at tourgreenville.com, are now being accepted, making this a great time for artisans, makers, and organizations to get involved early.

Whether you are singing along to hits from the ’70s, learning about new creative opportunities, collecting stamps on your Passport to Flavor, or simply enjoying the relaxed pace of a small-town visit, Greenville, Kentucky invites you to make March the month you visit and maybe even the month you start planning your return.
