Bachelor Santa at Goodnight Auditorium in Franklin, KY.

The film follows Shelby Stewart, a widowed baker struggling to keep her small business and home afloat while raising her spirited 11-year-old daughter, Taylor. When Shelby is selected for the National Christmas Cookie Bake Off, Taylor secretly writes to Santa asking for something her mother desperately needs but would never request herself: someone to love again.

At the North Pole, the letter lands in the hands of Nick, Santa’s charming and unexpectedly youthful successor-in-training. Determined to grant Taylor’s Christmas wish, Nick travels to meet Shelby – blending into the human world, learning holiday traditions, and slowly forming a heartfelt bond with the mother-daughter duo. What follows is a magical adventure filled with cookie competitions, Christmas mishaps, and a delightful mystery as Taylor begins to suspect that Nick might actually be Santa Claus.

This special screening also celebrates the mission of the West Kentucky Film Commission, which continues to champion regional filmmaking, expand economic development, and strengthen Kentucky’s presence in the entertainment industry.
