Rhonda Hartis Smith, an excellent local artist, painted this gorgeous “The Belle of Angels,” a 12X16 oil on canvas. She says, “The bells are the only ornaments I have from my childhood and the Angel was left at the house Alan and I moved in when we got married in 1976, so they have been with me a little while.
